You should have told me sooner. I almost misunderstood you. ” She paused, then added, “But if that’s the case, wouldn’t it be better if I come along? We can eat together, and I can keep an eye on Drake for you and make sure he behaves, right?” Alison forced a smile, realizing Chelsea was determined to join them.
