"Noah, you came down?" Shiella asked in surprise. "What's wrong with mom? Can't I come down for breakfast?" He asked, as he took a seat at dinner. "That's not what I mean. But you never come down for breakfast, so, that's why I'm surprised." True, if he hadn't been wondering about the girl last night and who she was, he wouldn't have been down for breakfast. He wanted to know more about her and get to see her again. His guess was that she was a new maid in their home, since he had never seen her before. Noah grabbed a plate, and he noticed Ergon staring at him. "What's wrong bro, are you also shocked to see me as well?" "You could say that," Ergon replied. Noah shook his head, while he helped himself to some pasta and started eating slowly. "Good morning ma'am." Valeria greeted her as she walked into the dining area. Both Ergon and Noah turned their gazes at her, all at once. "There she is." Noah thought excitedly. "Valeria," Shiella called out with a smile on her face. "So that's her name, Valeria." He loved the sound of her name. "Good morning dear, how are you doing? And how did you sleep?" "I'm fine ma'am, my night was fine and I slept well. Thank you." Valeria replied with a half smile. All that she said about her night was a big lie, her night wasn't pleasant at all. She was unable to get a good sleep. How could she have slept after what she saw last night? She took her gaze up at Ergon, she gave him a smile, which he returned. Just then, her gaze innocently wandered to Noah. When their eyes met, Valeria went wide in shock, the event of last night flashed through her memories. She held her breath as though she had seen a ghost. What in heaven's name was he doing at the dining table? He couldn't have seen her, or did he? Noah couldn't help but smile when he saw the shocked expression on her face. He bet she must have remembered what happened last night. Ergon noticed how Valeria and Noah were both staring at each other, even Shiella didn't fail to notice it. But the expression on Valeria's face had them concerned, the poor girl had literally gone pale as she stared at Noah. "What could be wrong?" Ergon thought. He had better do something about it. He can't have Noah staring at Valeria like some priced jewel. Ergon immediately stood up, and took hold of Valeria's hand. Valeria's gaze shifted from Noah to Ergon. She wondered what he was about to do. "I need Valeria's help with my homework, mom. She's smart in class. We'll be leaving now." Ergon said, and before Shiella could say a word, he pulled Valeria with him, over to his room. Shiella sighed in relief when they left. She couldn't tell if Ergon was telling the truth or not, but she was glad he took Valeria out and away from Noah's intense gaze. Noah, for some reason, didn't feel good when he saw Ergon take Valeria's hand. He didn't like the fact that Ergon held her hand. Worst of it all, he had no idea why he felt that way. The thought of the two of them together, alone in Ergon's room, made him feel restless. "What's wrong, son?" Shiella asked, noticing the uncomfortable look on Noah's face. "Since when did Ergon become so friendly with a maid?" "She's not just a maid, but his classmate at school." He dropped the fork he was holding all at once and exited the dining room. Shiella sighed, she could only hope and pray Noah had done nothing bad to Valeria. She is too young, and she wouldn't want her to be used as one of her son's sex toys. Sheilla also put down her fork, and left the dining table. She had lost her appetite for no good reason. ******* They got to Ergon's room and Valeria sighed, she was thankful he'd taken her away from Noah, else she might have passed out, out of fright. The way he stared at her was enough to make her pee her pants. "Are you alright?" Ergon asked. "Yea, I... I'm fine." She stuttered. Ergon held her hands and pulled her toward the bed to sit down. "Did Noah try to hurt you?" Ergon asked. He just couldn't stop himself from being curious about what might have transpired between both of them. "Huh? What do you mean? What" She asked, innocently. Ergon heaved a sigh that he knew she didn't want to tell him about what had transpired between her and Noah, but he was eager to find out. "I'm your boyfriend, right? That means I have every right to know some certain things about you." "I did agree to be your girlfriend, but that doesn't mean we're dating." She replied and he scoffed. "Really? Do you think so?" He asked and she nodded. "What if I say I'm in love with you?" He asked and she gasped. "You're joking, right?" "I'm dead serious." He replied and she could see the seriousness on his face. "We're too young for this, I'm just 15 years old and..." "I'm 16, look, age doesn't make any difference." He interrupted. "No..I can't." "You're already in, since the day you agreed to be my girlfriend." He dropped the bombshell. "I can't do this, I'm too young." She said worriedly. "What are you scared of?" Ergon found himself asking. She couldn't say a word. "Is it romance? Perhaps sex? We could skip all that, I'm ready to wait for you." He said and her heart skipped a bit. This was indeed a tempting offer, but it was risky and she couldn't risk her teenage hood just for a relationship. "I promise you, Valeria, I'll always protect you from harm." "Was that why you brought me here? so I can be away from Noah?" She asked. "Valeria, just trust me on this, okay?" "I can't, I should just continue being your fake girlfriend. I don't want to go out with you for real." "Why?" He inquired. But suddenly, she had a flash of what happened last night. Noah on top of the strange lady and naked as a mouse. "Not again." She muttered, taking Ergon's attention towards her. "Are you okay?"
