TAYLOR* I got cleaned up and made my way back to the bed, where my two handsome men were waiting for me. I crawled back into my original position sprawled over Wade, and Connor spooned me from behind. "If something happens and you happen to be pregnant, I will marry you. I'll make things right, and we will all continue as we are now. Don't worry, baby; everything will be just fine," Wade said as he caressed my cheek with his free hand. "Yes, baby, we've got you; there's no need to worry about anything from here on out," Connor whispered into my ear as he ran his fingers through my hair. I sighed with relief and fell asleep to the sounds of Connor and Wade snoring quietly. My alarm went off at five o'clock in the morning. Connor and Wade would have an hour before they needed to wake up. I needed a bath after last night's romp in the sheets with Connor and Wade, and I was tender all over. I've never dreamed I would be with Wade and Connor, but here I am, and it's the most fantastic thing I have ever experienced in my life. 'Back off, girls Connor and Wade are off the market for good,' I thought to myself as I carefully crawled out of bed and took a look at Connor and Wade sleeping peacefully. I walked across the hallway into the bathroom, flicked on the light, and wished that I could crawl back into bed with Connor and Wade. It was then that I realized that today was Thursday, and it would be Aaron's night to have Mark and my good mood deflated a little. At least I had a chance at happiness now. I couldn't and wouldn't let Aaron mess that up for me. I couldn't help but wonder that all of our lives were about to change quite drastically. I turned on the tap so that the bathtub would fill up, poured a cup of Epsom salts into the stream, and watched as the water turned a light yellow color. Color therapy to brighten my mood before going to work. I texted my mom to check on Mark and ask her if she was still ok with taking Mark to school. I would next that extra time to run to the pharmacy to grab the morning-after pills. I couldn't afford to get pregnant right now, and I'm sure Connor and Wade know that as well, but I was happy to hear their words of encouragement last night. My mom and dad woke up every morning at four-thirty to read their bibles, so I knew that it would be another thirty minutes before I would get a reply, and that was perfect. I sat my phone down and slowly glided into the hot water that felt so good upon my skin. I must have fallen asleep because I heard a knock on the door sometime later, and Connor strolled into the bathroom. "Baby, you really shouldn't fall asleep in the bath like that; it's dangerous. It's also almost six o'clock, and Wade and I need a shower," Connor said as he bent down, grabbed my loofa, and cleaned my back for me. It felt so wonderful. "I'm done, let me grab all my makeup, and I can get ready in the half bath downstairs so you two can take your showers," I said as Connor helped me out of the bathtub. Connor wrapped a towel around me, kissed me then swatted my butt when I bent down to retrieve all the items I needed to get ready from the cabinet. I smiled up at Connor, who had a cocky grin on his face. "Man, I wish we had more time; I would put you up on the counter and ravish you," Connor said as he turned me around and kissed me passionately. "Well, maybe tonight, Aaron has Mark, so," I said as I looked up into Connors sky blue eyes. "I don't like the fact of Aaron having Mark; we need to do something about that and quick. I wish Aaron were like one of those deadbeat fathers who never showed their faces around their children. That would make things so much easier," Connor said as he bent down a kissed me on the forehead. "After everything that has happened, I somewhat wish that as well, but Aaron is his father. Aaron adores Mark, so I dont see him hurting Mark in any way," I said as I turned toward the door, and Connor walked over to turn on the shower. Nothing more was said, so I figured it was time to take my leave. I glanced into the bedroom to see that Wade was still snoring peacefully on the bed. No doubt he was most likely the culprit to Connor and Wade being late to work back in the day. I took my items downstairs to the half bath and then walked back up to my room to pick out my clothes, got dressed, and then went to get ready. *** Connor and Wade had left for work, and I was now on my way to the pharmacy to grab plan B pills. I knew this wouldn't be a one hundred percent guarantee I wouldn't get pregnant, but I had to do what I could. Something deep in my gut told me it wasn't going to work through. How would we explain this to everyone? My mom would be ecstatic, my dad not so much, and what about Blaze. Blaze would flip a lid and kill Wade and then fire all of us. I've heard him on occasion telling Connor and Wade to stay away from me and what he would do if either of them laid a hand on me. *** I got to work ten minutes early, surprisingly and Blaze called me into his office. "My dad and Wade and Connors dad will be arriving shortly to talk to you about Aaron. They are going to help you fight Aaron for full custody. I don't want to get on your case, but you should have done that, to begin with. They will also help you file a restraining order against Aaron so he won't be allowed to come around you. The fact that you filed a report yesterday will help out a great deal. I'm going to allow you to have today and tomorrow off. So once you are done with my dad and uncle, I want you to go get Mark from school and spend the weekend with your parents, ok," Blaze said as he walked across the room and brought me in for a hug. "Aaron won't win this; you have my word on that. You are safe here; I'm sorry about what happened yesterday," Blaze said as he walked back over to his desk. "It's not your fault or anyone else, Blaze. Thank you for all that you have done for me. If it weren't for you, Connor, Wade, Lyra, and Vega, things would have ended differently yesterday. I'm thankful and very blessed to have you all in my life," I said as I left Blaze's office and walked across the hall back to my office. This weekend was meant to be Aaron's weekend to have Mark. Blaze was right; I needed to get Mark and spend the weekend at my parent's house. I didn't quite explain much to them about what happened yesterday. I'm sure that they would be ok with me staying there with Mark after I told them the whole story. *** The restraining order had been filed, and I was told that Aaron would be served today. So if he tried to cause any problems while I was at my parent's house, he would be arrested. To make the day even better, Blaze has announced that he will be running for Mayor against Aaron. Maybe at the end of this, Aaron would be the one to lose everything.
