However, just as the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk was about to pounce on them, it felt something and it’s vision focused on one of the humans. It could sense a tremendous amount of highly condensed pure magic energy from this human. The concentration and purity was at such a high level, it was almost unreal. The Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawks eyes turned green with greed. ’I have never sensed such a high level of pure magic power so concentrated and so abundant in one human.’ it thought, ’I definitely have to eat this human girl.’ ’if I can devour her and absorb all that magic power I will definitely evolve to Grade 4, I might even advance further with how much pure energy she has.’ Cassandra who had been retreating alongside Sylvia, suddenly felt that the beasts gaze that had been locked onto her was suddenly gone. This surprised her a bit so she turned to check on what it possibly might be that could draw away the attention of the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk. When she turned she saw that the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk’s attention hadn’t actually been drawn away, in fact was still facing them. The thing is that now its gaze was focused on Sylvia and Sylvia alone. It was like nothing else existed in the world. When she saw the look of unconcealed greed in its eyes her face instantly changed. She recognized that look, and she knew why the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk would have that look. Thanks to her Vampire instincts, she herself had had that same look on her face when she had first laid eyes on Sylvia. That is because she had sensed the tremendous amount of pure magic energy this girls body contained. For her as a Vampire blood that contained such a high concentration of pure magic energy was like an addictive drug that was extremely hard to resist. It was like putting Weed, Heroine or Cocaine in front of a starved addict and telling them ’Don’t touch!’ then you put them in a transparent glass box and then locking them in the same room. Or feeding a starved sex maniac with aphrodisiac and then locking him in a room with a sexy virgin that is completely vulnerable. If you can imagine that then youcan imagine how Cassandra and the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk felt when they looked at Sylvia. Lord knows it had taken Cassandra several lifetimes worth of willpower to keep herself from pouncing on her. Now imagine what the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk was feeling. And it didn’t need to worry about the glass box. The next second the wind pressure changed. The Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk had already charged at them with both its claws aimed to grab the two Cassandra didn’t wait for Sylvia to react. With a wave of her hand a wave of magic power swept Sylvia away while she rolled out of the way. Cassandra knew they couldn’t get away so she stopped running and said, "I’ll try and buy you some time so get away from here quickly." Once Cassandra said this, she immediately circulated her magic power, unleashing her full aura. Sylvia cried out, "Are you crazy?" "This thing is too fast! It will catch the both of us if I don’t do this." Cassandra shouted as she charged up her magic power. "I’m much stronger than you so don’t worry about me I can protect myself. You just run or you’ll only slow me Sylvia bit her lower lip but then she turned and ran to a building away from here. There were tears in her eyes but she had no other choice than to run she herself knew she was weak since she couldn’t fight. Cassandra was right when she said she would only hold her back. "Why am I so useless? I’m also a Mage myself .Yet, I always need someone to protect me." she cried inwardly, "Must I always be the one being protected, why can’t I be the one to protect others for once why do I always hold everybody Cassandra had already ignored her completely by now. Instead she was facing off against the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk. With Sylvia now out of the way, nothing was distracting her. So Cassandra finally let the full power of her aura to explode forth with no restraints. Blood red energy of her magic power radiated from Cassandra as her magic power surged. This crimson magic power began to condense on her body, and soon formed a blood red armor on her. This blood red armor gave off a bright red luster as though it was formed from blood but also like it was formed from ruby. It formed a pair of arm and leg guards and a well fitted upper body armor, that showed off her slender body and Her red skin tight top and short skirt seemed to have been made just for the sake of completing this armor. This ’Blood armor’ was formed using her blood control ability it was a perfect set of armor that protected her vitals without hindering her movement. The Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk saw that the humans aura was soaring and even though the aura was weaker than its own, this aura was filled with battle intent and felt insulted. Normally all weaker creatures especially humans that ran into it would cower in fear and run for their lives. Yet, this human dared to stand up to it today. The Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk was insulted by the provocation and after giving a shrill screech, it dived down at this human. It wanted nothing more than to kill this puny human that dared to defy it. Cassandra lowered her body slightly and all her towering aura condensed as he cocked her fist ready to welcome the magic beast with her full strength. The ground beneath her feet cracked and sank as the pressure from her body pushed against the ground. She exerted force into her legs and the ground exploded as she launched forward to confront the incoming Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk with no hesitation Using a broken down van as a launch pad, she launched herself into the sky at the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk,the distance between them was instantly When there was just a few feet between her and the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk, it extended its claws to attack. Cassandra did not hesitate and her fist shot It was as if a bomb had detonated, the force of their attacks colliding caused a shock wave that spread for several meters. Rocks hit by this shock wave cracked and were sent flying and even the broken down vehicles around were pushed Cassandra and the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk flew out of the center of the explosive collision. She did a flip to disperse the force and landed on her feet, she wasn’t harmed at all. Her fist was just a bit numb so she shook it lightly to get rid While she was still shaking her fist free she charged forward again she knew that the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk would not simply give up after that collision so she decided it would be best if she took the initiative and attacked The Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk was in a bit of a worse state than he. Be cause it didn’t have anything to stop it fro moving back it was knocked back several meters before it came to a stop. Its claws and talons that could be compared to top grade weapons remained unharmed, but just the mere thought that it had been driven back by this human pissed the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk off. It rushed forward again. The two collided once again but instead of letting herself fall to the ground, magic power ejected from under her feet and formed a foothold for her. She heavily stamped her foot on this crimson surface formed from magic power and it instantly shattered but it had fulfilled its purpose. She was launched back at the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk. The beast was surprised when she was suddenly face to face with it. It furiously swung its wings Her fist deflected a wild slash by the wings but it had resulted in he being pushed back. She didn’t let herself fall and hastily created another foothold with her magic power, using it to push herself back at the Golden Crown Tyrant Black She didn’t give it any opening to retreat, and madly rained several punches on it. They exchanged several attacks this time before separating. But the result was still the same as both of them were unharmed. But it still vexed the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk that it could not kill this human. It was going crazy with rage, and a terrifying sharp wind energy began to swirl around it. Suddenly it creamed wildly and swung its wings forward. Countless wind blades began to rained down on Cassandra’s position. She hastily evaded the rain of densely packed wind blades. CHI! CHI! CHI! CHI! CHI! Wind blades ravaged the entire battlefield leaving no place untouched. By the time the dust cleared Cassandra could be seen tightly gripping the two short daggers that had been hanging at her waist this entire time.
