Rose Hastington I'm late. I know it's my own hotel chain but still I don't like it when I'm late. I quickly put on my shoes and ran out from my house but stopped because a bucket of roses in front of my door. That got me pissed. I took it and threw it to the trash again not even bothering to read the card. He's wasting his money for something that will end up inside the trash. "Good morning." I turned quickly and I glared at him. I closed the trash bin and walked pass him to my car. "Aren't you going to greet your new neighbour?" I closed the door and drove away. I'm going to act like he's not exist. As I made my way to my office, I jumped as I saw thousands of roses inside my office room. "Jeff!" I called my secretary. "Yes, Ms. Hastington." He ran from his table towards me. I turned to him and gestured all the roses. "Throw this away.” "Yes? You want me to throw away all this roses?" He asked again and I glared at him. I was beyond pissed this time. "Throw it away! No questions! Don't accept any roses again!" I ordered him and he just nodded. He asked the staff to help him taking away all the roses. Suddenly my phone rang, it's Kevin. I smiled and answered it quickly. "Hey Kev." I answered. "Oh hey beautiful, are you free tonight?" He asked and I smiled. "Why?" "Let's watch a movie." He said. "What time?" I asked. "7 p.m? Have you come home that time?" He asked and I looked at the clock and estimate the time. "I can make it, you wanna meet me there?" I asked. "I'll pick you up at your house okay?" He said. "Oh.. okay." I said and we both ended the call after talking a bit. Kevin is a really sweet guy and he's really caring. Suddenly someone knocked on my door, I told whoever it is to come. "What do you need Jeff?" I asked but still on my paper. "Uhmm.. Ms. Hastington.. this-" I looked up and saw a black paper bag. I looked at him weirdly and he walked to me. He put it on my desk and I stood up to look what's inside. I took the card out and opened it. It's 12, as in lunch time. "Never receive things like this again, do you hear me? Never receive anything from Max!" I bursted angrily. "Ok-okay" He suttered. "This is for you.." I pointed at the paper bag and he nodded. He took it and ran outside. I sat on my chair again and sighed. What are you trying to do Max? Just give up already, you'll never win my heart back. Never.. I continued to work and work and work and work until I saw the clock already showing 5.32 p.m, I need to go home. I quickly put everything into places and walked down to the lobby. I walked out from the building but suddenly stopped to see Max leaning to his car smiling at me. I glared at him instantly and he kept smiling. He walked to me and I saw a bouquet of roses on his hand. "Hey beautiful.. how's your day?" He asked and gave the rose to me and I just walked pass him. "Rose.” He called and I walked faster towards my car but he suddenly appeared in front of me. "Can we talk?" "No, I don't have a time to talk to a man whore." I looked straight into his eyes and said it with a cold tone. "I'm sorry Rose.. everything and j-" "I don't want to hear it." I walked pass him again but he caught my wrist. "Rose please." Max Cesantio was completely an asshole and I glared at him. "Go to hell!" "Look I'm sorry, I know I'm a jerk-" "You are and can you just go away? My date is waiting for me!" I said completely annoy by him. "Don't leave me Rose." He stated and that made me laugh. "Do you hear yourself now Max?" I looked at him disbelief. "I can't even imagine my life without you.” "Try to imagine.. no no It’s already happen anyway" I said coldly. "Rose, please give me one last chance.. I'll make-" "No more Max.. I don't love you anymore, suck it up!" That's completely a lie. "Let's talk okay? You need to hear my explaination." "I don't want to!" I bursted and sighed, "We both tired of each other so suck it up Max, I already have Kevin now. I'm happy. Can you just let me be happy? I'm tired loving someone." I sighed and he looked at me disbelief. "I have a date with Kevin at 7!” "I'll prove it to you Rose, I swear it! I'll prove it to you." He looked into my eyes seriously. "You'll just wasting your time." I shook my head and said it coldly. "I'll take your heart again Rose.. I will.” "You can't and you won't so just give up already, will you?" I walked to my car and unlocked it. "Giving up on you will never be on my dictionary Rose. I will never leave you.. I swear that with you.” I turned to him. "There won't be any place for you again Max.. you crushed it all.” I looked at my reflection. "I promise I'll fix it, I'll get you back. You're meant to be with me. You're my first and my last.”
